  Growing dance organization seeks strong, versatile male and female dancers for its Dance Company and as Instructors for its dance academy.
  We specialize in fusing jazz, funk and hip-hop dance styles with the urban flavor of today’s Bollywood. We encourage dancers of all ethnicities, as long as you have a genuine interest in learning about and representing the new face of Bollywood, which has many Eastern AND Western influences.

  The Dance Company has performed at high-profile awards shows, music videos and auditions for major television networks.  High-exposure and invaluable experience to add to your dance resume / career as a whole.

  We are also looking for trained dancers to become instructors at our expanding dance academy. We currently teach weekly classes at two locations in NYC. Due to our unique style, all instructors are required to go through our teacher training program, regardless of previous dance background.  

  NOTE: Becoming a member of our Dance Company does not obligate you to become an Instructor, but people with a genuine interest in both are highly desired.

  REQUIREMENTS TO AUDITION:
  -Genuine intention to grow as a permanent member of our organization and take the initiative to educate yourself about the various realms of Indian and Bollywood dance and culture as necessary.
  -Must have a professional dancer mentality/ attitude- responsibility, accountability, dedication.
  -Willing and able to make yourself available for performance rehearsals as necessary (TBA).
  -TRAINING: PREFERRED- Strong dance training of eastern and western styles including Jazz, Hip-Hop, Street Jazz, Funk and/or any style of Classical Indian.  
  -Ability to learn at a moderate-fast pace and execute well.
  -Recent competitive college dance team graduates are encouraged to apply.

  PREPARATION:
  Please prepare 1-2 minute demonstration to showcase your dance skills. Also be prepared to learn choreography on the spot in a group setting.
