  Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a broad range of excellent drawing abilities.
  • Demonstrate complete mastery of game development software tools needed for concept creation.
  • Collaborates effectively with art leads during review sessions which results in the finest artistic look possible.
  • Meets project deadlines / milestones, as set by project leads
  • Consistently exercises sound judgment in all areas of expertise.
  Requirements and skills:
  • A demo portfolio demonstrating excellent drawing skills
  • Work must clearly demonstrate exceptional ability in the areas of artistic, stylistic and versatility.
  • BFA or equivalent game development experience strongly preferred.
  • Fine art skills, drawing and painting, lighting and color.
  • 2 years of professional experience working as a concept artist or texturer in computer gaming or a related field
  • Proficiency working in Photoshop
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be receptive to art direction and perform well within a team setting
  • Must be responsive to schedules and work well under pressure

• Description: Digital Magic VFX is looking for a talented Senior 3D artist to join our team and create cutting-edge special effects in international commercials, music videos and feature films.
  
  The artist will be skilled at modeling and texturing high-poly characters, backgrounds, sets and environmental elements. Using 3D Studio Max, the artist will be able to setup realistic lightings and shaders as well as complex particle systems. The artist can also achieve complex and believable compositing in mixed 3D/Footage scenes. Ability to solve problems and initiative are required skills. Experience and talent in rigging and animating are highly preferred.
  
  As a senior, the artist will be able to lead and enhance a team through tasks and projects. The senior artist will have to manage project from Storyboard to Final Grading with a high level of quality within tight schedules.
  
  This is a full time position in Bangkok, Thailand.
  
  Requirements:
  -1 or more years experience in related CG production
  -3D modeling/texturing skills as demonstrated on your demo reel
  -Professional knowledge of 3D Studio Max
  -Particles setup skills as demonstrated on your demo reel
  -Compositing skills in software such as After Effects
  -High-resolution modeling skills
  -Experienced eye for light, shade, color and details
  -Must be able to lead team as well as being open to directions
  -Passion for film, animation and video games are encouraged as well as artistic background
  -Experienced in rigging and animating characters are highly preferred
  -Ability to adapt to Asian culture
